STEM CELLS AND GENOME EDITING
We genetically engineered fluorescence sensors to create reference human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) using the WTC-11 genetic background.

ALL-OPTICAL BIOMATERIALS ENGINEERING AND CHARACTERIZATION
We focus on creating simple engineered cell culture substrates directly inside microplates for imaging-based high-throughput cell phenotyping.

COMPUTATIONAL MODELING AND DATA ANALYSIS
We develop computational models of cell mechanics using discrete particle dynamics and fit these models to our data using state-of-the-art algorithms.
