LigHTS removes a key bottleneck for ultra-high-throughput screening (UHTS) by enabling biomimetic hydrogel microenvironments to be manufactured directly in standard multiwell plates. A single, collimated UV exposure with formulation-tuned light penetration patterns an entire plate with UHTS-grade uniformity (<20% CV), producing structured GelMA films with thickness in the 10-100 µm range and 1-10 kPa stiffness for scalable high-content imaging assays.
